Objectives:

1. To understand the importance of teamwork.
2. To learn the elements needed in the making of a performing team.
3. To improve the relationship with one another in own and other network.
4. To build individuals confidence and trust towards the company, partners and oneself.

Methodology:

An adventure-based training program, specially designed for LFI members. Adults learn best when it is problem-centered and action-orientated. The design of the activities will ensure full participation and lessons are drawn from the training experiences.

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment of S$406.60 (GST included) with (120PV) as course fees is to be made at LFI counter.
2. The following must be adhered to for smooth running of the course.
a) Be punctual on the first day.
b) During the activities when feeling unwell, please inform the facilitators or trainers immediately.
c) No one is allowed to attend the course without proper application and registration.
d) Do not leave the group for what ever reasons except with the permission of training instructor(s).
e) All hand phones and pagers must be switched off during course.
f) Do not disclose to others the contents of this course.
g) No recording and video-shooting will be allowed when training is in progress.
h) Obey all Instruction from Instructors and Leaders. Strictly no arguments are allowed with them.
i) No alcohol is allowed during these 3 days course.
