Introduction
Sales Management Course (SMC) is specially designed by LFI’s Training and Development
Department to provide every LFI’s distributors with all the necessary mindset, product
knowledge skills and techniques when doing sales. This course is made possible through
the 2-day well designed intensive training comprises of 4 modules and activities
to enhance creative thinking and thinking out of the box. Participants will not
only learnt in this course but will also experience fun and bonding within one another
through the activities.
Course Synopsis
Module 1: Psychology of selling
This module provides the fundamental of understanding what is sales and why do we
have to sell. In this society, a lot of people have misunderstanding of what sale
is and also fear doing sales, like: rejections from friends, objections, it’s a
shame to ask people to buy, and many more reasons. And hence a lot of salesperson
develops their self-concept about sales and themselves. Psychology of sales talk
about the positive self-concept of what a top sales performer has. It also talks
about the differences between a top sales performer and a bottom sales performer.
Module 2: Sales Process
Participants will be Introduce to the sales cycle of a highly effective salesperson.
The sales cycle include topics like, Prospecting, Creating needs, Presentation,
Handling Objections, Closing and Referrals. Participants will also be taught on
the effective techniques used by role playing.
Module 3: Body Language and Customer Behavior
A fun and yet a lot of learning session on the different behavior type and body
language of a customer. How will one tells if a customer is ready to buy. What signals
can we receive if customers are ready to buy? It is important to have this basic
knowledge to make selling more effective.
Module 4: Eloquent Training
This is the most fun module within these 2 days. Students will be able to learn
and experience the basic “Know How” when sharing testimonials or when talking in
public.
